This service is for expectant parents or parents of a newborn who want to learn how to create healthy sleep habits to get you through the hardest sleep months of your baby’s life! This is the perfect baby shower or welcome home gift! Includes a 60 minute consult for new parents regarding their new baby’s sleep patterns, and what to expect in the coming months. This package includes 1 day of follow-up emails, to occur any time in the baby’s first year. (expect 2-3 email exchanges)
