Nap Consultation

Nap Consultation Package $225

This is for families that seem to have nights figured out, but day time schedule needs a bit more structure. It focuses less on technique and more on biological sleep rhythms and sleep needs of your child throughout the day.

This package includes:
★A 45-minute FaceTime/phone initial consultation to evaluate your child’s sleep habits, review your intake form, go over all the aspects of your child’s day and sleep routines.
★A day time sleep plan tailored to your family’s individual needs – including an age-appropriate schedule.
★An in-depth phone consultation to go over your personalized sleep plan, and how to start. We can then troubleshoot any concerns you may have regarding the sleep plan. The plan will be adjusted to meet your needs.
★No follow up is included in this plan, but you can buy a week follow up package, if you think you need it.
